Now more than ever, we are seeking ways to feel better deliberately, and to direct our focus, independent of external conditions. Feelin Free is about helping you to make your mind, body and emotions (and life) your friend.

Through a combination of articles, interviews, stories, personal photos and shorter musings, you’ll find inspiration, upliftment, education and empowerment around the mind body connection, realizing your potential and how to feel good from the inside out. I’m interested in redefining success to include joy, and how to help you to allow it.

As a yoga instructor, I’m passionate about the mind body connection and sharing therapeutic yoga principles to increase self-love and appreciation, as well as enhance overall well-being. It’s empowering to understand concepts and practical processes you can do to help your physical body. It’s also empowering to learn how appreciation enhances vital system homeostasis, and that this is ultimately within your control. Topics like creating space and flow through aligned compression, stretching, stillness, breath, moving through limitations, cultivating compassion & self-acceptance, as well as curating information about the overall micro and macro wonders of our body (cells, fascia, chemistry, energy etc), all help us to connect to, and appreciate, our body’s power and magnificence. I hope to make it easy to digest, relevant, relatable and not boring.

As a passionate meditation practitioner, I love sharing tools and tips when it comes to expanding, deepening and learning meditation. How do we take our meditation into the world? How do we open the channel to a more expanded consciousness? Is this how we tap into fulfillment, inspiration, and inspired action? This has been my fascination for over a decade and I have been wanting to share what I’ve learned (and continue to explore). 

As a Calibration Coach, my mission is to help people tune to their inner being, that larger part of themselves that is pure positive energy, infinitely wise and constantly flowing. I look at ways to help people open the channel to their own inner guidance, to feel better and to think more deliberately in the direction of what they want. How can you tune to more elevated emotional states on-purpose, allowing inspiration and ideas to flow?

As a story-teller, I share stories of travels and synchronicities that have led me to understand that there is a kind, smart, loving awareness, radiating consistently towards me, within me, that I’m always connected to, and that we all have access to as our own stream. I’ve been wanting to write about how I’ve sought to find my own sense of home and finally realized that wholeness begins within. Or, share a (beautiful!) photograph of a dumpster I took along with thoughts on finding beauty in the mundane. Or, how during a Tibetan Buddhist course in Nepal, our nun had mentioned in passing that she intended to live an undefended life - and the beneficial ripple effects that realization carved out in my life. 

Overall, this publication is about relatable experiences and topical musings on the beauty of the world, odes to our minds and bodies, paths to our personal power and conscious self, tidbits of tuning to your guidance, deep dives into calibrating to your highest frequency, and feeling free from the inside out.
