When you live something you don’t want, you know more clearly what you do want.
The contrast creates clarity.
In the living of lethargy, you want vitality.
When you’re broke and feel stressed, you want more money, and to feel secure and in control.
In the lack of health, you want more health.
So the question is, how to create health, money and vitality under those conditions?
The key is that it was already created in the living of your life - the lack of health created a vibrational version of you in great health, the lack of money created the vibrational reality of you with money.
That’s why each of our desires is uniquely ours. It’s why what we are called to is uniquely ours. The lives we’ve lived so far have carved out an expanded, new version of what we want for ourselves.
In the moment we experienced the contrast, the vibrational equivalent came to be.
So how do we access that new vibrational version and make it real? How do we access our dreams?
By creating a new, consistent internal environment, independent of conditions, where your thoughts, feelings and body become aligned with what you want.
Feel
I love Joe Dispenza’s words:
You cannot think greater than how you feel.
If you feel love, it’s easy to think thoughts of appreciation.
If you feel dissatisfaction, it’s not as easy to think thoughts of appreciation.
Emotions matter a lot.
To understand the power of our emotions, it helps to understand ourselves as more than this physical body.
As Nikola Tesla expressed:
If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.
You have a stream of energy flowing to you and through you at all times.
Emotions indicate how much we’re allowing or resisting that flow. Emotions indicate the direction of how we’re thinking. They let us know how harmonized we are with our stream of positive energy, or how out of sync we are with it.
It’s like using a tuner to tune your guitar.
The tuner emits a pure tone which you tune to. You can tell when you’re off and you can tell when you reach that equivalent frequency.
It’s the same with emotional resonance with your source energy. Your source is the tuner to which you’re tuning. If you resonate and align with your source, your emotions indicate that harmonic match. If you are off from the frequency of your source, you feel negative emotion, resistance to the flow.
Once you acknowledge that your emotions are the key to understanding how close you are to achieving vibrational harmony with what you want, you can take conscious control of your experience.
The better you feel, the more in resonance you are with the vibrational reality of what you want.
A practice like meditation is powerful and useful because you will give yourself a chance to stabilize emotionally. You will create a consistent, solid footing vibrationally. You will be able to sense and feel that flow, allow your emotions to rise from frustration and worry, to happiness and appreciation.
Practiced daily, you create on-going access to the best version of yourself. Think of it like brushing your teeth - a daily health necessity.
Alignment
Meditation ultimately is about more than just an empty mind. The empty mind releases resistant thought, like doubt or fear, and allows for that channel of positive energy to stream through uninterrupted.
As you receive the energy from that open channel it translates emotionally into feeling better.
Once you begin to stabilize emotionally, and feel better deliberately, on-purpose, day in and day out, you will begin to receive different thoughts.
Thoughts that align with your well-being. Thoughts that make you want to clean your desk. Thoughts that make you want to exercise and go outside to breathe in some fresh air. Thoughts that make you want to move your body. Thoughts that feel good and lead you to do the things you want.
The ideas begin to come. Like when you’re in the shower and that great idea comes through and you just know it. You’ve relaxed into your power.
Your power to see a new possibility.
A way through to the next step, to a larger vision for yourself, an ability to feel beyond where you’ve been.
A path to embody the future you want.
It takes a determination to feel good - to rise up to the same frequency as that stream of consciousness and intelligent energy.
I can write these words and call you to this idea, but it takes experiencing it to truly teach yourself their validity and practicality.
This isn’t far out thinking, this is using your mind as a tool to support you. Harnessing the power of your focus, and using your emotional guidance as a compass to lead you to feeling better and to the life you want to live. With tangible manifestations that match what you want, while feeling good in the process.
It’s time for you to take more conscious control of your experience. Pay attention to how you feel. Prioritize feeling good. Tune out the voices of others who don’t see the possibility or who don’t acknowledge your power and dreams.
Find that place within yourself that you can decorate with everything you want - from emotional stability and love to the things and relationships that you desire.
It’s available.
It’s a matter of knowing that through the contrast and challenges you’ve created an incredible other side. That it does exist. And that the better you feel, the more aligned you are with what you’ve created.
It’s making a decision that, as Abraham Hicks often says, nothing is more important than that you feel good. Prioritize your emotional health and stability in order to access the path to that which you want.
Keep at it - it’s an on-going practice. Consistency creates momentum, which allows for transformation. A tipping point. New epiphanies based on that expanded perception. New feelings of love for yourself and others. A new lens through which to perceive the world. The ability to see what you couldn’t see before.
As Wayne Dyer said, When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
It takes setting aside time for yourself everyday to relax into your power. It’s not about forcing a change through willpower. It takes work to focus, but it’s the work of allowing the energy in, and then directing that energy and attention towards what you want. Ignoring what doesn’t line up with it.
Giving yourself a chance to be who you want to be. Taking the time to be there for yourself. Getting more sleep. Appreciating more. Doing what feels good to you. Taking the time to quiet your mind, let your emotions become more buoyant, and receive not only the ideas that feel good, but the ability to feel good because you’ve decided you want to, and you’re worth it. You get to have what you want and feel good in the process of achieving it.
So go forth and know that you are more than what you see, that you can feel the important non-physical part of yourself. Teach yourself its realness. Take the time to go inward and sense the visceral movement and subtle rivers of energy.
Tune to your energy stream by paying attention to how you feel. Prioritize feeling good so that you can harmonize with that frequency of your source. And watch for the path that unfolds with thoughts, ideas and inspiration to act in the direction of what you want.
